Accessibility statement
How we make the Prepsted public website accessible and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
This statement was prepared on . It was last reviewed on — read the WCAG 2.2 AA audit report.
Scope of this statement
This statement covers all public pages and published articles linked from the Prepsted public website. It also covers the public sign-in page and forgotten-password page.
It does not cover the password-protected article-management area or pages available only after a user has signed in to the Prepsted application.
Conformance status
The web pages within this statement’s scope conform fully to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
This conformance claim is dated . The web content technologies relied upon are HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. Server-side PHP is used to generate pages but is not required by visitors’ browsers.
What you should be able to do
You should be able to:
- navigate the public website using only a keyboard;
- use a skip link to move directly to the main content;
- zoom text and page content without losing information or functionality;
- reflow content on narrow screens without two-dimensional scrolling;
- use screen-reader headings, landmarks, labels and status announcements to understand and operate pages;
- complete the contact form and understand errors without relying on colour alone; and
- access the core public content when JavaScript is unavailable.
Non-accessible content
We are not aware of any content within the scope of this statement that does not meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
How we tested the website
The website was last tested on using a structured self-assessment. Every public page and published article was checked, together with not-found states, the contact form, frequently asked questions, mobile navigation, service-status behaviour, sign-in and forgotten-password entry pages. Two failures and seven further risks or advisories identified by that assessment were corrected in the release documented by the linked audit report.
Testing included keyboard operation, focus order and visibility, browser accessibility-tree inspection, headings and landmarks, form labels and messages, alternative text, link purpose, colour contrast, 400% zoom, 320 CSS-pixel reflow, text spacing, reduced motion, forced colours and no-JavaScript resilience. The corrected templates then passed targeted syntax, semantic, contrast, focus and content-integrity regression checks.
Feedback and contact information
If you find an accessibility problem, need information in a different format, or think this statement is inaccurate, please contact Prepsted. Include the page address and a short description of the barrier if you can. We will review the issue and respond with an appropriate next step.
Ongoing accessibility
We check accessibility when public content or functionality changes and repeat a full review after material design or technical updates. New articles use the same accessible page template.
